# TST001-LAB1 — learner guide

This deterministic, network-free fixture contains a small pricing service. `change_brief.json` names risks; `acceptance_rule.json` provides acceptance authority and `historical_defect.json` provides the recorded defect. The starter contains no target test-level ratio or worked solution.

1. Run `python run_lab.py` to confirm the baseline fixture is healthy.
2. Complete `strategy_record.csv` for material risks.
3. Write your sensors in `tests/test_portfolio.py`.
4. Record oracle authority and a residual blind spot for every sensor.
5. Document results and support/AI use in `submission_notes.md`.

Hidden challenge details are not shown before execution. Multiple portfolios can be valid when boundary choices are justified by risk and seam. Use `MUTATION_EVIDENCE_PROTOCOL.en-US.md` for the mutation-evidence cycle.
