# Mutation evidence protocol

After you complete your sensors, the same test suite is executed against several hidden challenges. The returned receipt contains only `challenge_id`, `DETECTED` or `SURVIVED`, and execution time; code-change locations are not shown.

For every `SURVIVED` challenge, reopen the Risk-Based Test Strategy Record and identify which risk/seam still lacks a discriminating sensor. Revise the test or boundary and run again. The goal is not to copy a reference suite; it is to demonstrate that your evidence is sensitive to risk-relevant changes.

Final evidence keeps both the baseline result and challenge receipt and still states at least one explicit residual blind spot.
