# TOL006-LAB1

1. Run `python setup_fixture.py`.
2. Set `MAKNOW_PROFILE=lab`. `MAKNOW_NOISE` is intentionally outside the closure claim.
3. Run `python inspect_closure.py`. The report records the exact Python interpreter used by the lab, Rust active-toolchain evidence when available, and resolved Rust path dependencies including the non-member `local_deps/text_fmt` crate.
4. Run `python run_clean_reconstruction.py baseline`. A missing required runtime is non-zero `RUNTIME_EVIDENCE_INCOMPLETE`; any confirmed ecosystem/tool/environment failure dominates that gap as non-zero `RECONSTRUCTION_FAIL`.
5. Reset and apply one mutation at a time with `python mutate_fixture.py <mode>`: `remove-python-artifact`, `tool-expectation-drift`, `lock-drift`.
6. For environment probes, change `MAKNOW_PROFILE` (material) and `MAKNOW_NOISE` (noise).
7. Complete Exact Toolchain Closure Manifest v1 and state residual OS/native/time/locale/hardware boundaries.

No script installs tools or intentionally accesses a remote registry.
