Attach the completed Task Graph & Cache Contract v1, exact `turbo.json`, runtime/tool identity, observed hit/miss logs when available, oracle results, mutation evidence, transfer decision, and residual uncertainty. Do not include a fabricated result for an unavailable Turborepo runtime.

Bind every observed cache result to the resolved Turbo executable/version, Node/Python identity, platform, cwd, exact config/lock hashes, `--env-mode=loose`, and local-only `--cache=local:rw,remote:`.
