State the claim before the command. Attach manifest/lock hashes, the bounded execution-context snapshot, the exact fixture-local artifact/store boundary, and relevant command output. Record resolved tool executables/versions only; do not dump environment variables or credentials. If pnpm is unavailable, record missing runtime evidence and defer the runtime conclusion. Never refresh the lockfile inside a frozen-consistency verification and never substitute a host/global store for the assessed fixture-local store.
