# PLN-026 Lab — Agent Canon Boundary & Authority Ledger v1

Run `python run_checks.py` from this directory. The fixtures are synthetic and offline. Inspect each item and use the evaluator fields to understand why context visibility, authority, provenance, scope/lifetime, conflict, handoff filtering, and promotion are separate gates. No network, API key, production credential, or live-agent mutation is required.
