# معیار ارزیابی / Rubric

هر پنج بُعد باید کافی باشند. Every critical dimension must be sufficient; averaging cannot erase a failure.

کد درست بدون استدلال کافی نیست. A correct code list without causal reasoning is insufficient. Python execution is not ASP.NET execution; an injected timeout does not establish measured deadline enforcement.
