هر پنج بُعد لازم‌اند؛ میانگین، شکست را حذف نمی‌کند. All five dimensions must be sufficient; averaging cannot erase a failure.

کد درست بدون استدلال کافی نیست. Correct issue codes without causal reasoning are insufficient. A Python resolver pass does not establish C# compilation or live runtime behavior. Human service-owner approval is not supplied.
