# MKN-031 LAB1 — bounded partial regeneration

This lab uses synthetic JSON only. It never writes canonical content. Your task is to build a decision artifact from visible evidence, not to copy a hidden answer.

1. Inspect a fixture and `CHECK_RULES.json`.
2. Copy `evidence/decision.template.json` to a new submission file.
3. Fill the decision, evidence pointers, rationale, and minimal repair.
4. Run `python run_checks.py <fixture> <submission>`.
5. Repeat with `transfer/transfer_fixture.json` without copying the baseline verdict.

The checker validates deterministic bindings and your declared state. It does not certify prose quality or provide production approval.
