# MKN-030-LAB1 — Portable Package Evidence Lab

This is an offline synthetic lab. Build a bounded package verdict from manifest/resource identity, digest/dependency, rights/provenance, target capability, and round-trip semantic evidence.

Suggested sequence:
1. Read `fixtures/baseline.json` and construct your evidence table without using the `expected` field as an oracle.
2. Copy `evidence/decision.template.json` to `evidence/submission.baseline.json` and complete it.
3. Run `python run_checks.py fixtures/baseline.json evidence/submission.baseline.json`.
4. Inspect the negative fixtures one at a time; never coerce missing evidence into success.
5. Independently analyze `transfer/transfer_fixture.json`.

Deterministic rules are visible in `gate_rules.py` and `CHECK_RULES.json`. No credentials, network calls, or production data are required.
