# MKN-005 deterministic learner lab

Inspect each JSON fixture and use `gate_rules.py` to derive a bounded diagnostic state. Do not treat the scalar estimate as mastery. Recompute when alignment, uncertainty or evidence composition changes. Run: `python run_checks.py`.
