# Evidence workspace

Canonical submission surfaces keep stable machine `field_id` values. Locale projections add learner-visible labels without changing those IDs.

- `Root_Cause_Record_v1.csv`: canonical machine-field submission template.
- `Root_Cause_Record_v1.en-US.csv` / `.fa-IR.csv`: locale-safe editable projections.
- `hypothesis_ledger.csv`: canonical ledger; use `phase=PRE_MODIFICATION` for hypotheses recorded before corrective code changes.
- `foundation_guided/`: Foundation-only partially structured first pass with exactly one suggested next probe. Remove that cue before independent work.

The Root Cause Record must explicitly reference the ledger and one rejected-alternative row.
