# D3D-002-LAB1 — Local synthetic UV/PBR evidence lab

This lab is local, synthetic, rights-cleared, and intentionally **unsolved**. It contains no production credentials, private captures, commercial publishing step, paid cloud dependency, destructive external operation, or hidden answer key.

1. Copy `evidence/evidence_pack.template.json` to a new working file.
2. Read `fixtures/baseline_fixture.json` and transfer only visible evidence.
3. Write your own `decision.final_state`, rationale, and at least one applicable future trigger condition. Do not fill all five trigger categories mechanically.
4. Run `python run_checks.py evidence/your_pack.json`.
5. Apply the three mutation manifests one at a time and recompute.
6. Finish with `transfer/transfer_fixture.json`; do not copy the baseline verdict.

`CHECK_RULES.json` is the visible rule source and `pack_rules.py` consumes that ruleset for consistency/evidence checks. `CONSISTENT` is not approval and does not reveal an expected decision.
