# AWR-003-LAB1 — Search-and-API Layer Fit Decision Lab

This offline lab tests `Search-and-API Layer Fit Decision Matrix v1` from synthetic evidence only. Choose a shipped fixture, create exactly two decision records (`SEARCH_ENGINE`, `GRAPHQL`), copy the exact visible evidence, choose a state, and write your own rationale/review/stop trigger.

Run: `python run_checks.py evidence/decision_matrix.template.json` after filling a copy. The checker has no hidden expected verdict and never provisions a service.
