# AWR-002-LAB1 — State/Cache/Workflow fit

This lab is offline, deterministic, and synthetic. It makes no network call and mutates no service.

1. Choose one fixture from `fixtures/FIXTURE_BINDINGS.json`.
2. Copy its three `needs` objects exactly into the matching records in `evidence/decision_matrix.template.json`.
3. Choose a visible state, then write your own rationale, review date, and stop/pivot trigger.
4. Run `python run_checks.py evidence/decision_matrix.template.json`.

The checker validates evidence consistency, not a hidden answer key. Start with the baseline, then diagnose every mutation and finish with `transfer/transfer_fixture.json`.
