# Lab — Percentile Forecast

Run from this directory:

```bash
python run_checks.py
```

For each fixture, compute P50/P80/P95 with nearest-rank over the visible observations, then derive state from completeness, horizon fit, known events, backtest, and freshness. Do not interpret P95 as a capacity guarantee.
