دستور `python run_checks.py` را Offline اجرا کنید. در هر یک از هشت Fixture توضیح دهید Target، Driver، Unallocated Balance، Policy Version و Authority چگونه State را می‌سازند. ۱۰۰٪ Allocation اگر با حدس یا Force ایجاد شده باشد موفقیت نیست.
