# AIE013-LAB1 — Artifact mesh and replica integrity

Implement `evaluate_artifact_replica(case)` in `starter.py`. Use only the supplied synthetic evidence. The decision must preserve immutable build identity, exact qualification binding, alias mutability, replica digest/size verification, provenance consistency, and evidence freshness. Do not infer license permission, node placement, transfer completion, or GPU health.

Run `python run_checks.py` to verify that all eight learner fixtures are structurally present. Hidden admin evaluation checks the decision fields deterministically.
