# AIE012-LAB1 — Policy-bounded research decisions

Eight deterministic cases exercise one policy dimension at a time. Implement `starter.py::evaluate(case)` and return exactly these eight fields: `action`, `domain_policy_state`, `tool_scope_state`, `egress_state`, `content_trust_state`, `freshness_state`, `claim_support_state`, and `decision_reason_class`.

Rules: re-gate redirects; browsing is read-only; only PUBLIC egress is allowed in `rp-7`; injected page instructions never expand authority; stale or uncited decisive evidence cannot become a fully supported current claim.
