# AIE-001 deterministic gateway lab

Implement the bounded evaluator in `starter.py` for the supplied synthetic provider fixtures. Do not add network calls. Preserve unsupported capabilities, refusal/error state, usage uncertainty and provider provenance. The domain operation stays provider-neutral; adapter/capability evidence determines PASS, REJECT, DEFER or CONDITIONAL.

Run `python run_checks.py` to verify fixture shape. The learner path intentionally does not include the reference evaluator.
